Nicholas Newhart was reportedly drunk at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse at 221 Broadway Street on Saturday.

Newhart was reportedly holding a beer bottle as he was blocking the outside of an emergency exit door on the side of the establishment, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Dept.

Security personnel told Newhart to leave, but he refused, WSMV reports. Personnel then summoned police officers to get Newhart to leave.

Newhart “took out his colostomy bag from the inside of his front pants area and started to swing the bag around from left to right, hitting two of the metro police officers with his feces,” according to the arrest report.

Police said Newhart was intoxicated at the time of his arrest. His booking record shows he was arrested at about 7:38 p.m.

Newhart was booked at the Davidson County Jail on two charges of assaulting an officer – offensive contact. He was also charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

  1. Policemen often have contact with nitty people. Let’s just hope the fecal matter wasn’t aids or covid infected, and they didn’t get any in their mouths.
